Hiatus...

One of my fatal flaws are hiatuses.. I always end up being really dedicated to one thing but I always get bored and then stop doing it... come to think of it, kpop idols get hiatuses too, but not in the "I'm bored" type of way but more of the "I'm sick, exhausted, and can't do this anymore" way... One of the people that are rumored to leave a group after their hiatus is Choi Jinri more known as Sulli. 

Her hiatus just so happened to be smack in the middle of f(x)'s Red Light promos and I can't help to wonder if aff(x)tions just don't really like her anymore... because a few weeks later... rumors resurfaced that Sulli and Choiza were dating... ermmmmm 

Ok, age doesn't define love but erm... i'm kinda getting mixed emotions for this couple... of all the weird couples in 2014... ^^ this has to be the weirdest of them all... The thing is, both companies confirmed the rumour while denying it last year... maybe rumors couple the idols up?

I don't know, f(x) with only 4 people isn't really f(x) anymore, but I never liked Sulli much... I don't know why... no hate, but if Sulli was sick... how did she have time to date? Especially at the beach with Choiza, and his cousin?

Video of The Day: Flower Boys Next Door w/ Park Shin Hye

OMG sooo sweet... not much to say about the drama itself... but the summary is, an introverted ajhumma lives next door to 3 Flower Boys (pretty boys) and she wonders if she's going to become an extrovert because of them. She ends up being with a world known really snobby gamer/game maker... and troubles rock their ship...

Actor of the Day: Kim Soo Hyun

Kim Soohyun... OMG he is so cute... literally drooling over him...

Ok, so Kim Soohyun was born February 16, 1988 and was in the famous drams Dream High 1 & 2, and Moon Embracing the Sun and the current hit drama My Love From Another Star.

Drama Throwback: Gu Family Book

SUZY AND LEE SEUNG GI!!!!! OMG I loved this drama soo much... It's sad that Lee Seung Gi and YoonA are dating now, I'm not a SuzyxLeeSeungGi shipper anyways... but they were soo cute in that drama... I loved everything about it except the ending... I don't want to spoil much for the ppl out there who want to watch it soo... lets go over the characters...
Choi Jin-hyuk (as Gu Wol Ryung)

A gumiho (mythical creature) that falls in love with a human, Yoon Seo Hwa, who gets sold as a gisaeng after her father is framed for treason. Father of Seohwa's child, Kang Chi.

Lee Yeon-hee, Yoon Se-ah (as Yoon Seohwa)
Daughter of a lord framed for treason, and sold as a gisaeng. Saved by Wol Ryung but betrays him in the end. Becomes pregnant and bears Wol Ryung's child, Kang Chi. Comes back for revenge.

Lee Seung Gi (as Choi Kang Chi) Main Lead

Abandoned at birth by his mother, Kang Chi grows up under the protection of Lord Park of the Hundred Years Inn. After a certain accident, he realizes that he is half human half gumiho. Meets a childhood aquaintace, Dam Yeo Wool, but doesn't recognize her until later on in the drama.

Protected Yeo Wool when she was younger from a wild dog and thus inspires her to dress as a guy to train and learn martial arts.

Pursues that Gu Family Book like his father so that he can become human again.

First (poorly) dressed as guy when she first saves Kang Chi's life, you can very clearly see that Suzy is a girl. But somehow, Kang Chi is under the impression that she is a guy. She is at first accompanied by Gon, one of her father's apprentices. When she was younger, she asked her father to teach her martial arts because she didn't want the people around her getting hurt protecting her. 

Yeo Wool then remembers that Kang Chi was the person who saved her and slowly tries to protect/fight by his side, and care for him. Later, when Lord Park dies, and Kang Chi is framed for the murder, by the same person who persecuted Lord Park, Yeo Wool and Gon go look for him in the forest. After, Yeo Wool gets Kang Chi to train at the dojo that her father runs, to prepare him to look for the Gu Family Book. Of course, the plot doesn't run this smoothly, there are a lot of things in between the main scenes in this drama.

They are sooooo cute together it hurts, lol... 

but then there's Chung Jo, the daughter of the deceased Lord Park, she is a gisaeng who Kang Chi promises that he will help her escape. But she plays with his feelings quite a lot... and Yeo Wool can't help but be jealous...

Park Chungjo/ Park Taeseo
The daughter and son of the deceased Lord Park, when Taeseo first encounters Kang Chi again, he tries to kill him because of hypno-therapy that has been placed on him by Jo Gwang Woong who framed both Seo Hwa's father and Chungjo's father. Talk about deja vu,,,

These are some of the main characters, not all... but this is kinda the main triangle/rectangle... not trying to spoil this but many say it isn't a love triangle... when Kang Chi and Yeo Wool just start dating, literally a few hours after... Tae Seo says that Yeo Wool's father promised that if Tae Seo didn't become aggressive and try to kill Kang Chi again, he will Tae Seo, Yeo Wool's hand in marriage... Kang Chi catches them talking and he has mixed emotions... but then Yeo Wool comes in and realizes something is wrong, and in an attempt to cheer him up, she realizes that he's jealous. They have this huge talk about how jealousy is only for those who can't get what they want... she tells him that he shouldn't be jealous. Kang Chi's answer is "I don't know, because I've never had anything belong to me before, only me belonging to someone".
Talk about over sweetness! I totally suggest this drama to anyone who loves romance in a historical setting with some action... or someone who likes cheesy romance... lols

Be a Man, probably has to be my favorite song from MBLAQ, but This is War has an AWESOME MV, where Lee Joon and Thunder fight over a girl. 

Honestly, MBLAQ is so underrated it's sad, the Parks are so cute together, and Mir is so funny about his sister...

My bias is Thunder because of 2NE1's Dara, but Joon is really hot... Who's your bias?

Solo Idol of the Day: HyunA!

HyunA is so sexy here! Whew! I dunno... this just might be 'pg-15' cause of traditional korean guidelines, but this song is definitely catchy! Just a few listens and don't lie, it's stuck in your head...

Member of 4Minute, and former member of... Wonder Girls, this 22 year-old has been through soo many experiences being with one of the most popular "international" groups in Korea at the age of a mere 15.

Being known as the "whiny member" on Invincible Youth, she has changed quite a lot since those days...

Very different huh? Although I disliked her then, being to whiny and all... the HyunA today has evolved (maybe through Plastic Surgery... dunno?) into a very chic, and beautiful young lady... I might start liking her now! Not to mention... her raps skills are really amazing..!

Now under CUBE Entertainment, HyunA is known as the sexy goddess... What do you think? Has HyunA's change made her better or worse?
